What kind of help do you need?

In our communities there are over 30,000 families experiencing difficulty in affording food. If you or your family is facing difficult decisions between keeping food on the table and meeting other basic necessities such as rent, medical expenses or utilities, the Haven from Hunger can help provide essential resources to help you get by. 

Food Pantry

How do I get food?

Step 1
You can call the Food Pantry at(978-531-1530) to set up an appointment.

Step 2
You should bring proof of residence for Peabody, Salem or Lynnfield (recent utility bill, sewer/water bill, etc.)
The proof needs to be something current and valid that shows you are residing in one of these towns.

Your first visit will include (1) the residence and application process and (2) a tour and explanation of the Food Pantry operations. You will be able to leave with some food.

Step 3
You can come to the pantry weekly for if you live in Peabody and every other week if you live in Salem or Lynnfield.

Free Hot Meal

Our Kitchen would like to serve you a hot meal
We server hot meals to anyone who comes into the Haven from Hunger on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 4:30pm. Dinner is served at 5:00pm. Anyone is welcome to join us for dinner.
